Protocol & Escort Service

Executive Protection
Dedicated protection details built around the principal's threat profile, schedule, and preferred posture — from low-visibility single-officer coverage to full advance-and-detail operations, with medical evacuation and VIP/HNI extraction protocols in place should they be needed.
Location & Route Reconnaissance (Recce)
Daily analysis of intended travel routes in liaison with government security forces (GSF) — identifying black spots, high-crime areas, civil instability, and nearby emergency facilities, with GSF emergency contacts kept on hand by every field team before and during operations.
Travel Advisory
Pre-travel risk assessments and briefing packs covering regional security conditions, civil instability, local protocol, and contingency guidance — giving principals and travel coordinators a clear picture before departure.
Rapid Assets Assessment
Rapid on-site assessments of perimeter, access control, and physical security posture at hotel accommodation (hotac), offices, plants, and project sites — delivered as a prioritized findings report with practical remediation steps.
Armed Guards
Licensed armed personnel deployed for static site coverage or mobile transit protection — background-checked before deployment, tactically and defensively trained, and put through annual security awareness refresher training.
Close Protection Officers (CPO) Provision
A Close Protection Officer (CPO) is a trained security professional responsible for the personal safety and security of an individual — the principal. Every CPO we supply is individually vetted with background checks, available on a retained or per-engagement basis. A driving license alone doesn't clear a CPO for deployment — every officer must also hold tactical and defensive driving certification before deployment.
Hard & Soft-Skin Vehicles
Both armored (hard-skin) and standard (soft-skin) executive SUVs, alongside mini and coaster buses for group movement — specified to the client's budget and the assessed threat level, and kept on a non-negotiable monthly maintenance schedule.
Haulage
Secured, escorted haulage for cargo and equipment movement — journey-managed end to end, with route risk assessment and GPS tracking built into the transport plan.
Vehicle Leasing
Short- and long-term leasing of security, support, and utility vehicles — maintained on a scheduled monthly programme and available on terms structured around the client's operating tempo.
Journey Management Planning
A written Journey Management Plan (JMP) for every mission, covering identified risks and mitigation strategy, briefed to the team pre-task. Real-time GPS tracking and hand-free radio communication run for the length of the journey, with a clear channel for incident reporting throughout.
